Adv. Jahidul Islam Jahid is the founder of this law firm. Since 2007 he has been practicing in
the Gauhati High Court (Principal Bench at Guwahati) and rendering his service in the field of
Criminal Law, Foreigners Law, Family Law, Writ Matters and legal consultancy. Presently Adv.
Jahid is also working as Legal Aid Counsel under Gauhati High Court Legal Service Committee
and Assam State Legal Services Authority. He has also long experience of arguing cases in
The High Court of Meghalaya, Kohima Bench of Gauhati High Court, Court of Sessions Judge,
Pune (Maharastra), Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nigdi (Maharastra), Court of
Sessions Judge and Chief Judicial Magistrate at Kohima & Dimapur (Nagaland) and court of
Sessions Judge, Juwai (Meghalaya), and different courts of Sessions Judge and Chief Judicial
Magistrate in the districts of Kamrup (M) at Guwahati; Kamrup at Amingaon; Darrang at
Mangaldoi, Sonitpur at Tezpur, Cachar at Silchar, Barpeta, Nalbari and Railway Court at
Guwahati. In the year 2018 Adv. Jahidul Islam Jahid also visited Bangladesh Supreme Court
& High Court, Silhet Sessions Court and Durgapur Sub-Divisional Court of the said country
for comparative study of international judicial system.
